In partnership with Steelwedge Corporate Counsel, the Contracts Administrator interfaces and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to drive and coordinate the administration, review and negotiation of all company contracts, including customer cloud and software-as-a-service, partner, contractor, vendor, and other corporate agreements.
Provide global support for contracts administration, including managing, drafting, redlining, negotiating and finalizing company agreements.
Act as a liaison between internal and external customers to efficiently drive the contract review and approval process to conclusion.
Analyze and validate all aspects of incoming non-disclosure, software-as-a-service customer, partner, contractor and other company agreements, applying general contract and intellectual property principles knowledge to independently address a variety of contract issues.
Conduct initial review of all incoming contract requests and correspondence to identify any terms that vary from corporate standards to ensure accuracy and compliance, recommend appropriate modifications, engaging and collaborating with internal stakeholders in the sales, professional services, legal and other internal organizations as may be required.
Manage and maintain all corporate records, contract policies and procedures and document tracking and reporting requirements.
Bachelor?s degree plus a minimum of 5+ years related work experience.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate contract concepts effectively across all levels of the organization.
Strong understanding of contracting, software licensing and intellectual property rights and principles. Cloud/SaaS subscription arrangements and corporate agreements knowledge a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills and the ability to develop close working relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external customers.
Superior organizational and project management skills and attention to detail.
Ability to think critically and quickly in absence of full information and anticipate, proactively identify and resolve issues before they become problems.
Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment, able to effectively multi-task, re-prioritize and work independently to meet deadlines and drive agreements to conclusion, while remaining calm under pressure.
