Contracts Administrator Iron Planet

IronPlanet, the world's leading online marketplace for used heavy equipment, is looking for a Contracts Administrator. The Contracts Administrator will perform contract administration and support activities for IronPlanet and review and provide guidance to internal personnel in order to maintain the quality of contracts executed within the company. This position reports to the Contracts Manager.
Prepares Preferred Provider Agreements, Auction Services Agreements and Addendums for clients.
Prepares Non-Disclosure Agreements.
Reviews and provides quality control on various agreements for the company including some agreements containing a high level of risk for the company.
Obtaining insurance certificates from broker as required per contractual terms with clients.
Assistance with updates to company's contract templates.
Completion of supplier questionnaires.
Maintains a centralized file, storage and documentation system for all contract-related material.
Ensures all requisite approvals of agreements and related documents are received, and that documents are properly signed, executed and retained.
This position supports the Legal department in various contract-related matters.
Other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certificate/Associates Degree required
2-5 years of experience in contract administration
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong computer skills, particularly in the Microsoft Office suite
Strong customer service and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task as well as flexibility and adaptability
Self-starter with demonstrated initiative
Capability to handle a wide range of tasks
