Job Description

The Contracts Manager is a member of a small but crucial team responsible for supporting full life cycle management of various contract types. Duties include contract formation, negotiation, award, administration, termination, and closeout. This position will also support other Business Operations department functions and responsibilities, including but not limited to handling special projects, record-keeping, and supporting compliance efforts.
How you?ll be successful at DLX. Day-to-day you will:
Perform functions necessary for all phases of contract management, including but not limited to: contract formation, negotiation, award, administration, reporting, termination, and closeout.
Ensure that contracts and other agreements are administered in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, industry self-regulatory and privacy rules and customer requirements.
Monitor and track contract compliance and identify potential non-compliance or other problems that may adversely impact Datalogix.
Identify and recommend process improvements related to specific products, teams or agreement types.
Participate in the resolution of contract disputes and other contract administration activities.
Review and prepare various business agreements.
Maintain contract files, records, indexes and archives.
Take on other responsibilities and perform other tasks beyond contract and compliance duties yet aligned with the broader team charter to enable more effective and efficient business operations.
Skills and Qualifications
Here?s a summary of the skills you?ll need for this position:
3-5 years of related experience working with commercial contracts
BA/BS degree (equivalent direct work experience may be substituted)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Contract management education or certification a plus
Experience in working with regulatory agencies a plus
Strong writing, analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills with attention to detail required
Must be energetic, self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task, and handle multiple priorities
Ability to exercise good judgment and handle confidential and sensitive issues
Strong project management skills and an ability to work well with all levels of an organization
Comfort with initiating and responding to change, including demonstrated ability to identify, develop, and implement improvements to established processes
Location is in Westminster, CO
