As our Controller based in Campbell, CA, you will report directly to the CEO and partner closely with our management team around budgeting, forecasting, and optimizing spend. You will set our goals and expectations, and lead us as we carry them out. A solid understanding of the SaaS company environment and of working with marketing spend will enable you optimize customer acquisition, costs, and retention, helping to keep us on track for continued growth. Your experience with public company reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and leading a company through an IPO will prepare you for this role. Your ability to drive change and tackle technical, marketing, business and interpersonal challenges will be invaluable as the business expands and your responsibilities grow over time. An industry relevant background is not as crucial for us as is your passionate, interest and curiosity in our industries. Holding a CPA and experience with a public accounting firm will put you ahead of the game.
