Cooling Device Engineer Strategic Polymer Sciences, Inc.

SPS is seeking device engineer to develop modeling and testing capabilities to support SPS efforts in the development of polymers for electro-caloric cooling. Responsibilities will also include design, development and characterization of prototype cooling devices.

Qualifications:

Master/Ph.D. in mechanical engineering, physics, or related discipline with a specialty in refrigeration design and development preferred,

Three plus years of hands-on experience developing, modeling and testing cooling devices

Knowledge of heat transfer, refrigeration, and cooling system analysis and design

Proficient computer skills

Highly motivated self-starter with can-do attitude and ability to solve complex problems.
