The Coordinator position will provide support in the areas of:

The successful candidate must:
Love Being Organized ? You have an organized ?My Documents? section on your computer, and are known for being detail-oriented.
Spend a Lot of Time Online ? You have favorite blog (or your own blog/website), use online bill pay, buy things online, write and read reviews, and Google information daily. Knowledge of online business marketing principals (impressions, clicks, conversions, ROI, cost per acquisition, pay per click) a plus.
Love Learning ? You love to take on a new challenge, and want the opportunity to grow.
Be Flexible ? You don?t get rattled by change and evolution.
Have Confidence in Communication ? You don?t have any difficulty joining any group and making conversation. You have a good sense for when the best time is to bring up a particular topic.
Have Strong Microsoft Office Skills ? You aren?t intimidated by Excel, PowerPoint or Outlook, and even know a handful of shortcuts for each.
Have a Bachelor's Degree ? You?ve graduated from college.
Weekly agenda creation for client status meetings, as well as post-meeting summarization of action items and highlights for follow up
Creation and maintenance of on-going project plans per discipline per client
Coordination of new client launch including assembling cross-functional launch deliverables and milestones
Business opportunity analysis in new verticals
Maintenance of email distribution lists for each of the teams in Outlook
Web research on competitors including looking at sites, analyzing which marketing channels they utilize, pulling search listings, pulling rankings on organic keywords, reviewing landing pages, reviewing lead forms, and mapping shopping carts and checkout
General report pulling and analysis (weekly customized dashboard includes web analytics, SEM, SEO, Display & CPO) as well as ad hoc analysis across a variety of data sets (web analytics, SEM data, CPO data, ComScore, Google Insights & Google Trends)
Contractor $10.00-$12.00 per hour
