CopperEgg Director of Marketing
The CopperEgg Director of Marketing reports directly to the CopperEgg GM and designs, executes, measures, and manages marketing strategies to drive the achievement of Company sales, growth and revenue objectives.
Working closely with the marketing team and the CopperEgg GM, Vice President of Sales and other Senior Executives, the CopperEgg Director of Marketing builds creates demand and drives leads for the Company and its products. In collaboration with internal and external resources (contractors/agencies), the Director of Marketing develops, executes and manages marketing programs, content creation, SEO strategies and tactical plans that include:
?Design, execution, and coordination of lead generation programs.
?Measurement of program and campaign success.
?Define metrics to measure and continually improve the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing and lead generation programs. Analyze and report on these criteria on a weekly basis with the senior management team.
?Strong familiarity and proven success with SEO techniques, content-driven marketing, and content & SEO strategies.
?Drive organic and direct traffic through content creation and management of Company web site and blog content, e-mail campaigns, advanced lead nurturing programs, branding, messaging, corporate communications and white papers, collateral, print and online advertising and social media.
?Create structured product marketing calendar and plans and collaborate with the senior management team on the development of business plans related to sales and revenue and product launches.
?Collaborate with product managers on the implementation of product launches, both internally and externally, by providing content, messaging, and sales tools necessary to introduce a new product to the market and the organization.
?Recommend and manage marketing programs budget.
?Develop and execute an event marketing plan that includes industry conferences, trade shows, user conferences and community events
?Collaborate with Company vendor partners in the development of co-promotional opportunities and collateral that drive referral traffic.
?Lead and grow CopperEgg marketing team.
?5+ years in senior marketing management for a software company, with leadership experience.
?Direct marketing experience in the systems, cloud, or infrastructure management software sectors is strongly preferred.
?Experience in marketing using a high-velocity, low-friction demand generation approach in either a SaaS model or with a ?click/try/buy? model - all supported by both an inside telesales force and a web-based self-service model.
?Outstanding work ethic with a proven track record of performance excellence in meeting targets and objectives.
?Strong analytical, planning, forecasting and budgeting/financial skills.
?Demonstrated mastery of marketing automation tools (Marketo) and of CRM systems (Salesforce.com).
?Superior communication and strong interpersonal skills.
?Must enjoy a fast-paced environment, with a track-record of proven sales success in a dynamic, rapidly growing Company.
?Must demonstrate extraordinary time-management skills and organizational capabilities.
