With our growing footprint in the UK and US we are now looking to recruit a number of experienced Account Executives in both London and New York in Direct Sales who can help grow this part of our business.
What You'll Do
Formulate and execute a sales strategy and drive revenue growth by developing new customers
Pipeline development through a combination of cold calling, online social engagement and market sector knowledge/intelligence
Ensure maximum effectiveness through a high degree of professional communication and web based presentations
Generate short term results whilst maintaining a mid to long term perspective to maximise overall revenue generation
Real time updating of our salesforce system with accurate customer and pipeline data
Accurate monthly forecasting and revenue delivery
What We Look For
Talented, hardworking individuals with great energy and initiative to drive awareness of the Conversocial ?Social Customer Service? platform and associated solutions
Relevant experience of selling SaaS based software solutions
Successful history of new business sales
Proven ability to interact directly with senior executives in customer organisations, both verbally and in writing
Demonstrated customer-facing skills including expectation management, communication skills, information management.
Track record of sales over achievement
Proven presentation, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated success with sales targets
Relevant experience of selling software solutions
Interest in or experience of social media and customer service is an advantage
Remuneration:
Starting salary competitive and depending on experience
