Corporate Clinical Supervisor NovaSom
JOB SUMMARY:
This position?s main responsibilities is to support the successful completion of home diagnostic testing to train and/or provide education to home diagnostic patients in the area of, but not limited to, home sleep studies, titration studies, and home therapy programs (i.e. CPAP and BiPAP) and follow these patients through until successful compliance and/or adherence is achieved.
The holder of this position must maintain strict professionalism and behavior above reproach at all times to include constant management of confidential patient records and interaction with high levels of senior management, the outside medical community, and internal supervising and interpreting physicians.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to, the following duties:
Day to Day management of Clinical staff on a regular and ongoing basis to drive the highest level of performance. Identify individual staff developmental needs and take steps to address them. Provide constructive feedback and set improvement milestones when indicated. Develop plans to ensure team achieves specific objectives in support of NovaSom goals.
Work with Director of Client Experience to conduct interviews to fill open positions; facilitate and coordinate training for new hires; write performance reviews; proactively manage performance issues.
Manage/track productivity, quality and attendance performance of clinical representatives.
Assist with tracking overall clinical productivity (InCirculation calls).
Have a successful working knowledge of the company?s Customer Relation Management software systems.
Hold a complete knowledge and understanding of all related diagnostic equipment used by the company and the home patient.
Perform remote trouble shooting on all related diagnostic and therapy equipment used by the company and the home patient.
Adhere to Quality Policies and Procedures.
Oversee Titration Program
Participate in Process Improvement activities/meetings, as necessary.
Attend Quality Review.
Provide back up support to clinical staff.
National Interpreters: corresponding as 1st interface to NI team, tracking timelines of interps. Maintaining records of contracts, renewals, licensure
SOPs: supervises implementation and training for new SOPs and revisions.
Meet with Vice-President of Medical Affairs ? as requested ? to oversee implementation of Medical Policy.
Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Required:
Minimum of 5 years experience with healthcare the equivalent combination of education and experience.
EDUCATION:
Required: Bachelor?s degree in related health care or business.
