This at-will position is responsible for managing the planning, development and execution of internal communication activities for the entire corporation. Adheres to company mission and values.
Job Duties
Essential ?
? Works closely with senior management to develop communication goals and objectives in alignment with the company business objectives
? Develops detailed communication plans, including recommended messaging for each initiative based on communication objectives
? Manages all aspects of the company?s communication strategy, programs and activities, including managing the work of communication staff
? Manages the development of communication campaigns to educate and increase awareness of the company?s guidelines, policies and procedures as developed by the company?s leaders
? Research and produce communication materials including communication plans and metrics, messaging platforms, backgrounders and other communication materials as required
? Coordinates communication activities between the corporate headquarters and the company?s other nationwide offices
? Manages special programs related to corporate communications as required by executive leadership
? Maintain communication content on all company websites and intranet site
? Provides leadership, direction and development to Corporate Communication department staff
Requirements
Skills:

? Extensive PC knowledge and proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

? Clear, concise business writing skills.
Experience & Education:
Essential-
? Bachelors or master?s degree in communications, marketing, journalism or public relations.
? Extensive knowledge of communications and public relations.
? Extensive project management experience.
? Five to ten years supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Abilities:
Essential -
? Positive and professional team player.
? Strong ability to think strategically as well as creatively.
? Self-starter with emphasis on multi-tasking, prioritizing, and organization.
? Manage time effectively and devise and achieve work goals independently.
? Interact and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
