We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Communications Manager, with the proven ability to communicate our messaging and message to the market, our partners as well as hold the responsibility for internal communications. This position is also responsible for RightAnswers social presence for which you will work with other team members and departments to keep active our blog, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube channels.
This position will report to the Director of Marketing.
Location: Edison, NJ
The Corporate Communications Manager will
Lead the development of the corporate website, which includes: working with department stakeholders to ensure the site correctly and effective reflects current messaging, producing the written content and managing the site updates
Develop and execute communications strategies that use digital and social media to communicate with the corporation?s most important influencers online, including bloggers and journalists
Work with CEO to understand and communicate RightAnswers ?voice?
Keep the company moving ahead of the curve and leverage new digital and social media technologies to communicate effectively online
Provide support for any communications projects that are developed
Devise and implement successful communications plans and media outreach programs to generate quality print, and online media coverage related the company and its management team members
Build content, with output ranging from press releases and statements, thought-leadership pieces, whitepapers, fact sheets, product brochures, and sales tools
Create content for email campaigns, quarterly newsletters and other outbound marketing initiatives
Contribute to corporate presentation creation and scripting
Work with HR on new hire training to best communicate our message
Other duties as assigned
Desired Skills & Experience
He or she must be an excellent writer, communicator and able to articulate product vision and value propositions to a full range of audiences
High energy, detail oriented and confident communicator to all levels of audience is required
Bachelor in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or related field
7- 10 years of relevant marketing communications experience
Experience in developing proactive, creative media relations campaigns to enhance a company?s brand awareness
Strong knowledge and experience in maximizing the value of social media applications
Excellent organizational, project management and multi-tasking skills
Analytical and strategic, innovative thinker with a track record of delivering high-quality results
