Responsibilities:
Develop, implement and manage strategic corporate communications programs
Grow brand awareness and market share through strategic PR campaigns
Work collaboratively with marketing teams to align PR/AR strategy with business/marketing communications objectives and to support overall marketing plans
Analyze the quantitative and qualitative outputs of PR/AR programs to maximize effectiveness and ROI
Drive innovative, industry leading coverage
Qualifications:
BS/BA, preferably in Public Relations/Communications
10 - 15 years strong public and analyst relations experience in a business-to-business technology; strong enterprise experience
Strong experience in media relations and issue/crisis communications management, spokesperson training, combined with excellent journalistic writing skills
Investor Relations experience. Worked as the lead Corp. Communications Manager at a public company.
Success representing public relations on cross-functional teams developing strategies and tactics for integrated marketing plans
Experience working with industry analysts, particularly Gartner
Experience "translating" technology for varying audiences
Agency and client-side experience desired
Excellent interpersonal communication skills (listening, speaking, connecting)
Superb writing skills. Must be able to write internal communications.
Strong understanding of new PR tools, especially in the digital and social media realm
Collaborative and energetic work style, well-suited for a team-oriented environment
Resourceful and enthusiastic problem solver
