AddThis is looking for a Corporate Counsel to be our second Attorney on the team. We are looking for a talented and seasoned technology transactions attorney to support our rapidly growing business. You will be responsible for counseling the business on a broad range of business matters, and intellectual property issues in transactions, including structuring, drafting, and negotiating agreements. You will work directly with the business, including on cross-functional teams, serving as counsel on strategic deals and providing day-to-day advice.Primary Responsibilities:
Working with the Sales and Business Development teams to structure, draft and negotiate contracts
Support internal business groups on corporate level agreements and other business? needs
Provide legal counseling on a wide range of issues including privacy, employment law, and IP.
Required Skills/Experience:
JD with 2-4 years of legal experience
In-house experience at an ad tech or technology company is a plus
Excellent time management, communication, organization, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to demonstrate sound judgment and handle ambiguous situations
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
