Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Corporate Development Analyst to join our team.
This person will be work directly with our EVP, Corporate Development to analyze investment opportunities, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
Requirements:
- 2 years of investment banking analyst training or corporate consulting.
- Strong excel modeling skills as well as PowerPoint and presentations skills.
- Knowledge or direct experience of web analytics platforms such as Google analytics, Omniture, Comscore, and others.
- Good interpersonal / sales skills and ability to work within a team environment at the executive level.
- Direct knowledge or experience of internet media.
