We are seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Associate to join our team.

General Description
The Corporate Finance Associate will be responsible for all aspects of corporate financial analysis for the company including financial modeling, financial planning & analysis, treasury analysis, capital raising, and risk management.
The candidate must have a strong quantitative background, including experience in investment banking, corporate finance, consulting, and/or accounting. The successful candidate can thrive with minimal guidance in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious and confident in their ability to handle a variety of responsibilities, has working knowledge of economics and finance, and is a fast learner.
The position will interface with all levels of the organization, including senior management, and include occasional travel to our project sites in California and offices in Israel.

Desired skills and experience:
B.S. from a leading undergraduate institution and a top academic performer. (Finance, Economics, Accounting or equivalent is preferred) MBA a plus
Strong quantitative work experience, including 3-4 years financial analysis experience in energy, technology, and/or financial services
Superior analytical and modeling skills, in-depth experience with financial statement analysis and an intimate working knowledge of corporate finance concepts
Demonstrated experience developing financial analyses and forecasting methods to build complete financial models with various scenarios and investment cases for all financial statements, including Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cap Table
Extensive knowledge required: Excel, PowerPoint, Oracle experience a plus
Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills, and the maturity to work comfortably with senior management and across a multi-cultural organization
Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task with limited supervision
Team player with a positive attitude and a focus on business issues
Ability to work effectively across organizational and functional boundaries and simultaneously manage several projects
A desire to work in a fast-paced environment; a track record of success in prioritizing, multi-tasking, and consistently meeting deadlines with a high quality of work
Experience in the renewable or independent power industries strongly preferred
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Create and manage corporate models that will be used to drive decision making by Senior Management and the Board
Drive financial planning & analysis processes including budgeting, forecasting, reporting and long-term planning
Work closely with project finance, development and engineering teams to incorporate latest business unit assumptions into corporate analysis and reporting on an on-going basis
Perform various financial analyses to support the company's business plan and corporate finance activities, including competitive analyses, valuation analyses, and scenario analyses. Create analysis to help identify key business drivers, vet investment requirements and improve overall business operations decision-making
Create strategic analysis on business development and investment opportunities
Assist with ad-hoc projects for Senior Management, the Board of Directors, investors and lenders including presentations and key analysis
Partner with key stakeholders across the company to advance individual business insights as well as strategic corporate-level decisions
Support M&A activities and provide analysis for other corporate finance transactions
Assist project finance and accounting in the forecasting and reporting of the financial performance of the company
