Actiance is looking for a Rockstar. A technically- and socially- savvy Corporate Sales Representative to develop and close deals cradle to grave with our mid- to large- customers over the phone (no travel!).
Key Attributes of an Actiance Corporate Sales Star:
You maintain high activity within your territory, as well as against assigned target accounts.
You are persistent, whether you are cold-calling, hunting and building your pipeline, following up on leads and prospects, and leading online demos.
You are resourceful and can learn technology quickly, including our products Vantage and Socialite.
You are able to effectively communicate with all lines of business - marketing folks, compliance, IT, and legal, just to name a few.
You will understand their needs and business drivers, and know our products inside and out so you can provide solutions to their unique situation.
Act as an individual contributor with focus on large to mid-tier companies in your geographic territory
Be responsible for building sales pipeline by meeting and exceeding direct sales quotas
Provide timely follow up on all marketing generated leads
Establish account presence and build trust with key contacts and partners
Partner with the Customer Success Manager (CSM) to ensure smooth transition pre- and post- sale , and to ensure customer success
Partner with the CSM to assess on-going customer needs to identify new opportunities and to reengage and present potential Actiance solutions
Manage prospect calls, web presentation and product demos using methodologies directed by management
Present and articulate advanced product features, benefits, future product direction and overall Actiance solutions
Meet or exceed weekly activity metrics
A minimum of 3 to 5 years inside sales closing experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills: able to talk to C-level or LOB audiences
Strong needs analysis, positioning, business justification and closing skills
Advanced level prospecting and qualification experience
Ability to understand customer's industry and core business processes
Able to learn and understand product solutions and features
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to be flexible and self-sufficient
Minimum of a bachelor's degree
Worked as an corporate or inside sales representative with mid-tier to large corporations
Have met or exceeded personal/team goals and quota
Proven the ability to adapt well in a high - growth environment and contribute to the overall success of the company
A high level of ambition and integrity
Good business judgment and instincts
