THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED We are looking for a Social savvy Inside Sales Representative to manage sales for our mid- to large- customers over the phone. Experience building a Corporate/Enterprise pipeline is critical, as is pipeline management, customer management, and an ability and experience in working with virtual teams.
The Social and Compliance sale is complex and requires communication with all lines of business, marketing, IT, and legal teams. Being able to understand the different business drivers for each set of groups is imperative.
You will be responsible for:
Building sales pipeline by meeting and exceeding direct sales quotas with focus on large to mid-tier companies in geographic territory.
Providing timely follow up on all marketing generated leads.
Establishing account presence and build trust with key contacts and partners.
Analyzing customer needs in terms of current business obstacles, identifying opportunities and scoping potential Actiance solutions.
Leading business deals across multiple verticals - Align account based strategy.
Managing customer calls, web presentation and product demos using methodologies directed by management.
Working with Internal Virtual Teams across Delivery and Support.
Meeting or exceeding weekly activity metrics
Key Leadership Behaviors and Experience:
At least 5 years' experience selling and closing software business in the Corporate/Enterprise space
Cloud and Social knowledge a plus
Excellent thought leadership traits with the ability to successfully drive fundamental changes in business strategy
Strong analytical and writing abilities
Exceptional presentation skills to diverse audience members
