SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Corporate IT Manager with a solid technical background in help desk/desktop/telecom operations, collaboration tools and processes, who enjoys working in a fast paced and flexible environment, and can bring strong leadership to the Corporate IT team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage company-wide IT support for desktops/laptops, email, IM, intranet, phones, conference bridges, printers, copiers and Audio Visual equipment.
Manage the activities and personnel associated with providing technical services to internal customers ensuring that all phases of desktop & telecom support including installations, hardware/software upgrades and configuration issues are properly coordinated, monitored, tracked, and resolved.
Develop and manage the asset management life cycle for company hardware to include: Forecasting, procurement, maintenance, repairs/RMAs, tech refresh and asset disposal coordinating with Finance & Purchasing departments on a regular basis
Develop and enforce Corporate IT security policies and processes to include Anti-Virus, Laptop Encryption, remote SSL VPN access, ActiveSync and acceptable internet usage.
Develop annual budget for Corporate IT expenditures, track actual monthly spend and forecast quarterly variances by vendor, service and location.
Manage and drive functionality, performance and availability for collaboration services (Exchange, Lync, SharePoint) that are critical to the business.
Establish, monitor and maintain Operating Level Agreements for each item in the Corporate IT Service Catalog publishing performance metrics company-wide via the weekly IT newsletter
Manage corporate systems project delivery
Manage multiple external vendors to an agreed upon SLA based upon price, performance and delivery of services.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
4+ years of technical management experience
7+ years of experience in Corporate IT operations and internal IT process improvement
Excellent communication and time-management skills
Ability to work well cross-functionally and drive excellent internal IT relations
Bachelor's Degree preferred
