The primary role of the Corporate IT Support Technician is to provide support for the Peoplefluent employee end user computing environment. This includes account management across assigned systems, onboarding activities as it relates to Corporate IT assets as well as responding to support tickets within assigned service levels and providing support via telephone, e-mail, remote tools and in person.
? Responds to and resolves support requests within established Service Level Agreements.
? Provides support for desktops, laptops, smartphones, tablets, printers and other computing peripherals and their associated software.
? Provides support for Corporate IT applications as assigned.
? Closely monitor ticket queues to provide quality assurance of tickets in progress.
? Document all end user requests within the service desk ticketing system, including initial requests that may be received via telephone, e-mail or in person and their resolution.
? Escalates highly complex problems to the Infrastructure team, appropriate Applications Analyst or Management to obtain their resolution.
? Writes and maintains technical documentation related to desktop systems and updates as appropriate.
? Adheres to company polices, regulations and industry standards on compliance, information security and confidentiality.
? Management may, at its discretion, assign or reassign responsibilities to this job at any time.
? A minimum of one year of relevant experience.
? Associates Degree in computer science, information technology or related field.
? Superior listening as well as written and oral communication skills.
? Ability to plan and organize one?s own work.
? Must be able to work creatively, calmly, flexibly and under tight deadlines in order to respond quickly and positively to shifting/multiple demands and opportunities.
? In depth, up to date technical knowledge and hands on experience in at least two of following areas: Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Desktop Computing Hardware and peripherals, Apple Mac & iOS.
? Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem solving techniques in a highly complex environment using leading-edge technology and or/integrating diverse technology applications.
