The Corporate Marketing Manager role at Healthline is responsible for a broad array of marketing activities designed to (a) raise the company?s brand and thought leadership profile; (b) generate demand and qualified leads; and (c) keep the sales cycle as short as possible. The individual filling this role must have a love for marketing in general, facility with marketing automation and CRM systems, and a passion for marketing content creation more specifically, all of which are clearly demonstrated in relevant career achievement. The ability to efficiently create original content for use across multiple marketing channels is key. Prior experience in the health information technology market segment is ideal.
Working with the VP of Corporate & Product Marketing, establish an annual strategy plan with specific tactical deliverables and measurable objectives designed to meet the sales and growth goals of the company, and the HIT Solutions Group specifically.
Create and execute targeted, prioritized marketing programs.
Create, oversee and maintain owned media assets such as the Healthline corporate blog, newsletters, white papers, PDF collateral, Web site, microsites, Webinars, and landing pages.
Direct all paid corporate marketing programs including search (PPC, SEO, retargeting), online display advertising, and marketing events (tradeshow and sales).
Work in collaboration and coordination with the Corporate Communications Manager to ensure the effective delivery of core Healthline messaging, positioning and value propositions focused on key target markets.
Create and maintain reports demonstrating progress against stated objectives, and the associated business impacts.
Support Sales in field marketing activities, such as PowerPoint presentation development, regional promotions, targeted email campaigns and online webinars
Manage the activities of any employees, contractors or consultants as may be assigned to the Marketing Director?s supervision.
Other associated duties as may be assigned.
Healthline seeks a candidate in possession of the following qualifications:
About seven years marketing experience working in a start-up environment, preferably in the health information technology market segment.
The professional maturity to manage and prioritize activities, and the ability to interact with leadership across our company and at our partners and customers.
The ability to efficiently create and develop original marketing content that can be leveraged across multiple marketing channels.
Demonstrable success generating demand and qualified leads for an inside or field sales organization.
An entrepreneurial spirit and personal ambition are key strengths Healthline looks for in all of its employees.
A bachelor?s degree in marketing, business administration, or equivalent career experience.
Facility with basic business software, including the Microsoft Office Suite and Google Apps, is required.
Knowledge of marketing and sales productivity software, including WordPress, Salesforce, Marketo, MailChimp, BaseCamp and / or Google Analytics, is also required.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and video-editing software is ideal.
Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google AdWords and / or Joomla is also preferred.
