You Are:
A good communicator. You know how to communicate clearly in writing, and in speech.
Motivated. You understand the impact of a highly-satisfied, excited crew; you are slightly obsessive-compulsive about grinding away on, and solving problems.
A utility player. You're willing to help out wherever needed. You do not require a staff of filing, marketing, word-processing experts to get your job done
Obsessive about the details. The Devil's in them, after all.
Self-Motivated. You have hustle, superios organizational skills, intergrity and great follow through on tasks. You dont get easilly overwhelmed.
Responsibilities:
You?ll be tasked with supporting our General Counsel and the growing law and regulatory department with all corporate matters and other paralegal tasks. You will work with and support our outside counsel in the matters that they handle for us.
Experience:
At least 5 years of corporate paralegal experience in either big firm or corporate law department (both are ideal).
B.A./B.S. or paralegal certificate
Technical Savvy.
