Corporate Recruiter and Onboarding Coordinator Cogent Healthcare
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Cogent HMG is seeking a Corporate Recruiter/Onboarding Coordinator to join our Recruiting Team at our corporate office in Brentwood, TN. The Corporate Recruiter/Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for the recruitment and onboarding of all non-clinical and corporate positions. This person will work directly with hiring managers to fulfill their recruiting needs and with Candidates to complete the onboarding process in order to meet Cogent HMG?s goals and objectives.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage full cycle of candidate recruitment and onboarding from position requisition, job posting and screening applicants through the verbal offer, explanation of benefits, completion of offer letter and new hire paperwork.
Recruit all corporate and non-clinical positions for Cogent HMG?s hospitalist programs and corporate office.
Collaborate with hiring managers to create strategic recruiting strategies to best address their staffing needs in order to bring high quality candidates to Cogent HMG markets
Utilize job board and develop new sources for finding qualified applicants.
Manager the Cogent HMG website ?Careers? page for all job postings (including Physician postings and leadership postings).
Negotiate salary offers with candidates to come to a mutually beneficial agreement.
Continually update applicant tracking database by entering candidate information, recruitment activities, applicant flow, interview dates, and recruitment results.
Develop and maintains contacts with training programs, staffing agencies, current medical staff, hospital and practice managers, vendors and other sources of applicants.
Keep Hiring Managers informed on the progress of the recruitment and onboarding processes through weekly interaction.
Create employee offer letters for HR approval using approved template.
Create employment files for all new non clinical employees with completed paperwork.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor?s Degree in HR or related field.
Minimum of 2-5 years of recruiting experience.
Minimum of 2-5 years as HR Coordinator/Generalist
Extremely Detail Oriented
Considerable knowledge of Human Resource practices
Ability to Multitask.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems ? Strongly Preferred
Healthcare related experience a plus but not required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Maintains strict confidentiality with regard to protected health information and understands and adheres to Cogent HMG?s HIPAA Privacy and Security Policies and Procedures
