Liaison Technologies is looking to bring on a Corporate Recruiter to support our aggressive growth goals. This person will be responsible for meeting hiring needs by actively and passively sourcing and assessing top quality candidates. The Corporate Recruiter provides support to all departments across the organization, nationwide by managing candidates and hiring managers through all phases of the selection process. Our immediate need is primarily in the Health Information Technology (HIT), Healthcare and Life Sciences arenas. This position will involve executing against tight timeframes and industry specific positions. This person will have the flexibility to drive hiring results using a variety of both traditional and innovative methods and will have access to a supporting budget for marketing of positions. This position shares responsibility for selecting the most qualified candidates for the organization and ensuring all laws applicable to hiring are followed during the process, while using the most cost effective hiring tools available.
Responsibilities
Full life cycle recruiting as it pertains to job descriptions, candidate sourcing, interview coordination and screening for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, company cultural fit, etc., offer letters and on boarding
Use a variety of best in class sourcing methods including cold calling, referrals, social networking, recruiting/networking at industry events, etc.
Ensure that open positions are staffed efficiently with high caliber candidates at minimum cost, while following employment related policies and procedures
Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to advise and train hiring on overall hiring process, collaborate on job details, and advise on effective candidate assessment/interview techniques
Use a variety of sourcing methods to continually build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates Use interviewing techniques to assess and qualify candidates
Consistently provide recruiting updates to the managers as required in a timely manner
Maintain knowledge of employment market trends
Get to know the healthcare industry and apply knowledge of the marketplace to help fill positions
Participate in special projects and/or process improvement efforts as needed
Ensure positive applicant experience through the interview and hiring process
Pro-actively manages commitments to achieve multiple priorities
Requirements
5+ years of agency and corporate recruiting experience is required
Proven track record of success in recruiting in a fast paced, high tech environment
Proven success using a variety of sourcing strategies including strong networking skills Experience and/or contacts in the healthcare arena are strongly preferred
Comfortable cold-calling and making numerous telephone calls
Strong organizational skills (especially as they relate to data collection and reporting), a multi-tasking style and project management approach
Ability to build confidence and strong relationships with hiring managers
Results-oriented mindset (high sense of urgency, determination, tenacity, etc.) and the ability to work independently and in a team-based environment
Comfortable working with ambiguity
Ability to present the Liaison story in a compelling manner
Interest and aptitude for learning highly technical subject matter
Professional, high energy, engaging personality that comes across over the telephone
Excellent negotiating skills coupled with strong ability to handle objections effectively
