THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED As the PeopleMatter Corporate Recruiter, you?ll lead full life cycle recruiting efforts and find ?A? players to join us. You will be creative and driven with the ability to create lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers. We also want you to be comfortable with numbers, delivering results against our hiring plans, creating efficiency in the recruiting process and reporting on the recruiting strategy that you create. We want someone who can learn the business, find the right candidates, and keep up with our pace - all with a smile on your face!
Lead all aspects of recruiting including sourcing, recruiting strategy, assessment and hiring process.
Partner with hiring teams to define short and long-term needs, deliver immediately on short-term needs, and create a bench of candidates for long-term needs.
Analyzing and reporting results to the business and hiring teams.
Use your expertise to create innovative sourcing strategies.
Drive a positive candidate experience at all stages of the hiring process.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Partner with Team Member Experience Manager to create and deliver training on interviewing, assessment and compliance.
Anything else that comes up related to recruiting that makes sense for you to take on.
At least 2 years of success in a corporate recruiting environment
Experience hiring sales and/or technical talent, ideally in the software space
Strong business acumen and superior communication and presentation skills
Exceptional sourcing and networking skills
Self-motivated, strong time management and follow through
Willingness to do what it takes to deliver results
