JOB DESCRIPTION
We?re searching for a Corporate Recruiting professional with proven success in recruiting Corporate and Administrative professionals. This position will be responsible for recruitment of the company?s corporate and administrative positions.
Responsibilities include:
Source and recruit qualified corporate and administrative professionals to fill the needs of the centers
Screen, interview and recommend prospective employees to management for open positions. Ensure candidates have a complete understanding and realistic picture of job responsibilities, compensation, training, schedule requirements. Follow-up with candidates upon completion of interviews. Pre-close candidates on available position
Work closely with and communicate effectively with hiring Managers to understand and ensure the staffing needs are met in a timely and effective manner
Extend verbal offers of employment. Obtain approvals from management and coordinate start dates with new hires
Responsible for recommending changes to online job postings for specific area based on changing business needs and tracking results of postings
Build and maintain network of candidates/sources through various networking sites
Remain in compliance with HR laws and adhere to company and department policies and procedures
Special projects and additional tasks/administrative duties as assigned by management
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
What we?re looking for:
A minimum of 3 years of Recruiting experience in a corporate or agency setting
Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred
Excellent organizational, relationship-building and communication skills. Must be able to multi-task
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment and communicate with all levels of management
Self-motivated and driven to succeed. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong sales and negotiation skills required.
