Corporate Recruiter - Sales AppFolio
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED AppFolio is hiring an experienced recruiter to help drive growth thru the sourcing/recruitment of exceptional software sales talent.
The ideal candidate must be a recruiter with proven experience identifying and hiring sales talent, not a HR generalist, possess strong sourcing skills, excellent client management skills and a keen understanding of how to assess candidates for a high talent bar.
Manage full cycle recruiting process ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Collaborate with client group to understand their hiring needs and goals.
Screen resumes and interview qualified candidates.
Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers.
Build and cultivate relationships to showcase AppFolio as a top employer of choice.
Maintain candidate status via applicant tracking system, data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis.
Maintain communication with candidates in order to create promoters of the AppFolio employment brand.
Skills and Knowledge:
3+ years corporate recruiting experience, including high-volume sales specific recruiting.
Patient, communicative team player that is detail oriented and has outstanding interpersonal skills.
Strong time-management skills and ability to multi-task and maintain focus and discipline.
Proven experience partnering with hiring managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process.
Ability to represent an organization, employment opportunities and company culture in courting candidates.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Passion for technology and the ability to speak to our industry to varied audiences.
Willingness to work flexible hours as needed including evening events.
AIRS certifications in PRC, ACIR or CSSR desired.
