Overview:The Corporate Recruiter will partner with managers to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the company and deliver the best talent in the organization. The position will nurture relationships with prospective talent and manage on-going manager relationships while having FUN doing it! This is a true generalist recruiting opportunity. The ideal candidate will have the ability to recruit in ALL areas of this growing company: Sales, Engineering, G&A, and Operations. Responsibilities:
Here are few skills we are looking for:
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to recruit great talent into the company
Partner with Corporate Leaders
Manage full cycle recruiting process
Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria
Develop strong relationships and partner with hiring managers
Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.
Other Recruiting related duties as assigned by the Manager of Recruiting
Qualifications:
Five plus years of Staffing/Recruitment experience
Strong understanding and ability to recruit in all levels of the organization from entry level to management
Clear understanding of the end to end recruitment lifecycle processes.
Experience in general HR functions is preferred.
Ability to keep pace in fast moving environment.
