We?re creating a space where our guests fully participate in amazing experiences.
Aggressively research, develop, and cultivate leads through telephone, direct mail, face-to-face, association meetings, and other related strategies
Meet and strive to exceed individual monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
Use consultative sales skills to assess organizational goals, negotiate favorable terms, propose a cultivated corporate event, and obtain commitment
Manage relationships with various organizations and construct proposals and contracts to develop and maintain a book of business
Provide ongoing and up-to-date documentation to 918 management and regularly collaborate on best event options to pitch
Handle administrative duties for proposal/contract preparation and other related sales activities (including sales collateral)
Conduct research on prospective industries interested in corporate/client events
Gather and analyze competitor information; attend trade shows, conferences, and association events
Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience
Passion for selling (corporate event sales is a plus)
Active experience utilizing CRM systems and working knowledge of other basic technologies
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, very high activity sales role
Demonstrate top-notch communication and presentation skills with the ability to creatively sell to all decision-making levels
Superior organizational skills
Ability to thrive in an autonomous work environment with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and productivity to meet deadlines
Has own transportation
Bachelor's degree required
Strong client management skills
Confidence in presenting and speaking at industry shows and events
Capable of hands-on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions
A positive and determined approach to researching and analyzing new business opportunities
