The Corporate Sales Representative (CSR) is a revenue generating role, focused on our leading edge Cloud Security Solutions for the SMB/Mid-Market business segment. Working alongside the Imperva cloud channel team and Imperva Partners, the CSR is responsible for achievement of quota targets within an assigned geographic territory, has ownership of the entire sales cycle, including initial sales development calls, virtual presentations and demos, negotiations, closing and booking the business. Additionally, the CSR will participate in ongoing team and career development, help define and execute sales best practices and sales strategy sessions. You will also take a leadership role in capturing mindshare of prospective customers, working with the Corporate Marketing Team, partners and stakeholders to drive revenue.
Additional Responsibilities:
Achieve established quota targets assigned to a specific geographic territory
Prospect, qualify and build new business pipeline of potential customers through cold calling, lead qualification and creative territory development strategies
Keeps informed on new SaaS related products, services, and other general information of interest to customers
Work closing with the channel to close joint deals and collaborate in lead generation.
Stays informed of customer business opportunities, current conditions, future prospects, active measurements, and competitive issues
Maintain self-discipline and focus to effectively manage an intense and high volume business
Work with the Marketing Team to provide input for demand generation campaigns; creating awareness of Imperva mid-enterprise solutions and converting sales leads into reoccurring revenue
Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly goals and production levels as defined by sales management?including established call metrics and expected forecasted results
Qualifications:
Dynamic, high energy Inside or Corporate Sales professional with 5+ years experience selling Saas/Subscription based Software Solutions to the SMB/Mid-Enterprise Market
Articulate and excellent persuasive communication and presentation skills -- via phone
Demonstrated ability to exceed quarterly quota
Blend of strategic thinking and tactical implementation
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally within a team oriented environment
Strong computer, written and interpersonal communications skills
Experience with Salesforce.com, WebEx and other SFA tools
Ability to work Eastern Time Zones
