Job Description-
A Corporate Sales Representative will have full responsibility for meeting revenue and new customer acquisition targets. This includes bookings resulting from Cast Iron solutions, upgrades, billable consulting services, billable education services and billable support services. Reporting to the VP Corporate Sales, the Corporate Sales Representative will be responsible for executing an inside sales, high velocity sales model to facilitate new customer acquisitions. The Corporate Sales Representative's ability to sustain a fast paced, repeatable sales discipline is critical to their success.

Qualifications:
- Three years of successful high velocity SaaS sales experience
- Candidate should have carried an annual quota of minimum 1M
- Candidate should have documented over quota performance a minimum of two out of the last three years
- Candidate must a proven track record of driving new business
- Experience working with channel partners and sales development is a plus
- Experience in maintaining high call activity (seventen demonstrations per week)
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build pipeline to deliver on velocity sales targets
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and new customer acquisition targets
- Works closely with channel partners to build incremental sales pipeline
- Presenting Cast Iron's offering utilizing web based Sales 2.0 selling techniques
- Accurately forecast opportunities based upon MEDDIC-F methodology in Salesforce CRM
- Managing and maintaining complete records of all prospecting activity in Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate effectively with sales engineers, services, and channel resources to drive the sale process forward
- Collaborate effectively with Sales Development and Marketing to provide feed back on lead generation and targeted programs as they relate to pipeline development
Education Level
- An undergraduate degree is required. An advanced degree, ideally MBA, is highly desirable.
