Benu Networks, an industry leader in Wi-Fi technical innovation, is looking for a talented Senior SE to join their growing Carrier Sales team. Benu has an immediate position open for a Corporate Sales Systems Engineer for the Americas. The candidate is responsible for managing and growing a team of Systems Engineers to support carrier sales to both MNO and MSO customers.
Work with Sales to set prioritization of resources and SE time.
Identify opportunities to develop and provide training to members of the SE team.
Provide career guidance to members of the Carrier SE team.
Coordinate customer and SE feedback to PLM to aid in the development of products, features, and services.
Identify and develop methods to improve the entire technical sales process from introduction, through proof-of-concept and installation, and into maintenance.
Work with Technical Support to provide assistance in the field when necessary.
Skills & Requirements:
5+ years Carrier SE experience.
Technical sales experience with Carriers, preferably with both MSOs and MNOs.
Proven experience working with a team from early days to maturity to include specializations within the team.
Experience working with 3GPP packet core technologies.
Preference for experience working with Service Provider WiFi.
Willing and able to travel.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
