VISANOW seeks a talented, ambitious, and Corporate Sales Team Lead to manage, develop and build the best sales department in the market. This individual will have superior individual customer service skills, consultative skills, strategic thinking ability, genuine passion for immigration, and also have the ability to motivate a team of employees for high production work. This unique career opportunity will allow you to work in a fast-paced technology environment with high profile clients such as Dow Jones & Company, American Airlines, Twitter and the Chicago Blackhawks.
Qualifications and requirements:
3 to 5 years of minimum experience in business-to-business sales model; 2 years of minimum experience in inside sales model
Previous experience managing a sales team of at least 5 employees
Must have very strong experience and proven results as a cold-calling sales representative
Strong ability to present value of proprietary technology applications and computer software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized and detail oriented; must be able to work in multi-tasking fashion.
Must be willing to work evenings and weekends when necessary
Other duties/responsibilities include:
Update weekly and monthly sales reports
Provide coaching for the sales team
Develop training material
Selling VISANOW Business services to companies
Following up with clients for referrals
Answering client general/non-technical questions
Working with the Legal Services group to help ensure high level of service
Training clients on use of our system and setting their expectations
Compensation includes a base salary of $40k annually, plus incentive pay. First year total compensation average is between $60k-$65k. Plus a competitive benefits plan: including medical, dental, life, disability, paid time off and a company matched 401(k) plan.
