In this role, we are looking for a team member who will be responsible for proactively searching out passive talent, utilizing resources such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Jobvite, in order to develop and maintain a pipeline of high quality candidates. You will be directly responsible for identifying a broad range of global roles including Global Sales, Pre & Post Sales Support, Finance, IT and Marketing. Additionally, as part of the HR Team, you will also assist in various HR projects and programs such as Onboarding, New Hire Orientation and Employee Referrals when needed.
Efficient and effective use of staffing knowledge to source for various global positions utilizing skills in social networking, searching candidate databases, LinkedIn, Jobvite, blogs, cold calling , internet searches and professional networks
Maintain and update Jobvite candidate and HRIS records, schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview teams; interface with candidates as an information resource
Provide first level screening and pre-qualifications for selected roles
Post all new requisitions in Jobvite and other selected resources such as LinkedIn
Develop and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates
Project management of select HR initiatives/projects
3 + years in a Sourcing role within high technology, particularly in Enterprise Software, Networking or Security Solutions
Experience sourcing technical and non-technical roles (Sales and Marketing is a plus)
Prior experience working in a Corporate Staffing function required
Advanced internet searching skills (Boolean), cold calling, networking, leveraging referrals and ability to develop sourcing strategies for various roles
Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple searches and projects simultaneously; effective in both a structured and ambiguous environment
Keen attention to detail, efficient and highly organized; articulate both written and verbally
Persuasive and tenacious, while maintaining a courteous and professional approach and attitude
Team oriented with a high sense of urgency and motivation; problem solver and able to work independently
Calm under pressure; acts with integrity
Passion for making a difference
Able to take direction, learn quickly; desire and ability to make suggestions and help apply best practices to the Global Staffing function
Proficient in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Power Point, Excel, Word) ; experience conducting Webinars/ WebEx presentations a plus
Must be able to work onsite ? no remote work
