Corporate System Engineer Gilt Groupe

Responsibilities:

Administration of Microsoft Active Directory 2003 domain environment
Administration of VMware server cluster
Administration of Citrix server farm
Administration of a Microsoft Exchange 2007 server cluster
Administration of corporate File/Print Servers
Administration of Backup and Storage system
Perform hardware and software system maintenance and upgrades for all corporate systems
Perform Patch Management for all client and server hosts on the corporate network

Develop process to better manage Windows and Mac OSX client hosts using Active Directory GPO

Implement Single Sign-on Solution (SSO) and integrate with LDAP

Establish automation and streamline processes using command line scripts


Qualifications:

+10 years of relevant IT experience

+5 years experience with administration of an AD domain environment
+3 years experience with administration of Exchange server cluster
+3 years experience with Virtual Environment solutions like VMware or Citrix
Experience with scripting languages such as Powershell, VBscript, Python, command line scripting (SHELL), or Perl.
The preferred candidate will have experience with the following systems/applications:
Microsoft Active Directory 2003 and 2008 R2
Apple Open Directory
Microsoft Exchange server administration (2007 and 2010)
Blackberry Enterprise Server and ActiveSync
NetApp and EMC storage units
Backup software applications

Communigate Pro Email
Security and Patch Management systems
LANRev Remote Software deployment applications
McAfee Antivirus
Centrify Suite

CrashPlan Pro backup
VM Ware
Citrix
RSA
Call Center applications such as Asterisk or CIC/Interactive Intelligence
Windows operating environments
Windows Server 2000 / 2003 / 2008
Windows client XP / VISTA / 7
Mac OSX operating environments
Max OSX Server
Leopard 10.5 / Snow Leopard 10.6
Linux operating environments

MCIP: Microsoft Certified IT Professional
MCTS: Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist Enterprise Admin, Server 2008

CCEA: Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator
VCP: VMware Certified Professional, Version 2, 3, and 4 (vSphere)

CCNA: Cisco Certified Network Associate.
