Corporate Technical Recruiter Bullhorn
The primary responsibility of the Corporate Recruiter and HR Generalist is to provide strategic and tactical recruitment to our hiring managers through creative sourcing methods, networking, and best practices. This role will also provide HR generalist support as needed in the areas of employee relations consultation, performance management support, and compensation administration in support of overall strategic goals and objectives.
Works closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements in order to properly source candidates for open positions. Utilizes all sourcing strategies; internal postings, job boards, and employee referrals.
Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Develop rapport and relationships with a variety of management styles and personalities.
Manage the applicant tracking process to be in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Develop creative and efficient sourcing strategies for hard to fill positions.
Build relationships with candidate pools and consultative relationship with hiring managers ensures timely communication regarding placement decisions.
Interview and evaluate candidates for employment in all assigned positions using behavioral and competency based interviewing skills.
Determine which applicants are qualified and best-fit for business needs. Forward qualified applicants to managers for further consideration.
Conduct reference and background checks for final candidates to validate credentials, skills, and work ethic before the final interview stage.
Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of all candidate communications which may include: offer letters, regret calls, and any other personalized communications.
Organize all new hire information, offer letter, benefits information, start date information and assist with orientation information package.
Assist and/or manage employee relations activities
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent required.
Ability to interview, assess and convey candidates qualifications to hiring managers, verbally and in writing.
3+years of solid recruitment experience
Must enjoy working in a fast paced environment
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with diverse populations and various levels of management
Enthusiastic, goal orientated and deadline driven.
