Position Outline
The Course Conversion specialist will be a member of the Learning Solutions team. The successful candidate will:
Manage all course conversion projects including: executing the technical component of the company?s partner program, client communications relating to the project, conversion of courses, communication with all 3rd party groups involved in the conversion process, tracking of time against project in company CRM
Juggle multiple on-going projects at any given time.
Have the capacity to glance at a list of 10 on-going projects and intuitively know the stage and status of each by name.
Requirements
Quick learner, specifically as it relates to computers and computer applications.
Knowledge of course backup/restore procedures in Moodle LMS is preferred. Other LMS experience, specifically with Blackboard, ANGEL, WebCT, and Desire2Learn are a plus.
Absolute dedication to on-going client communication, providing frequent updates on deliverables, milestones, known issues and timelines.
Excellent people skills, with an avocation for customer service.
Ability to work in a fast paced technical environment with tight deadlines.
Compensation
This is an hourly position.
