As an Account Manager on the CPG team, this highly-motivated and detail oriented individual will have the opportunity to be a part of one of our fastest growing Retailer accounts. This person will be passionate about learning, and will have a strong interest in advertising, marketing and digital media and will thrive in a dynamic, fast paced and evolving environment. You will partner closely with the Client Partner and Solutions lead to manage day-to-day campaigns and processes, interface with client and internal teams, and propose new solutions to achieve operational excellence and deliver an optimal Client experience. This candidate?s contribution will help in driving the retailers? business forward.
Datalogix is on the cutting edge in development of data driven targeting and measurement methodologies for digital campaigns across various digital channels: open web display + video, mobile and social. This position will be relied on to ensure successful launch, flighting and measurement of the retailers? campaigns. Success will require critical thinking, self-motivation, attention to detail, enthusiasm and determination.
Key Responsibilities include:
Act as liaison between internal operation groups and DLX Client Account team
Work closely with internal Datalogix operations and Platform media partners on campaign setup, targeting and fulfillment, ongoing campaign monitoring and measurement
Effectively manage all project timelines
Identify problems and propose solutions
Lead all internal program kick-off meetings/calls
Coordinate post-campaign follow up activities
Quickly respond to audience sizing, target audience suggestion and measurement feasibility requests that can come directly from the client and its agencies
Own Retailer Client weekly status documents & actively participate in all internal and external status meetings
Provide timely Client communications and updates on campaign start, end, measurement periods
Establish and maintain positive working relationships with Client Agency teams and important account partners/vendors
Help to maintain a client specific normative database and leverage to drive strategic media planning and best practices
Skills & Qualifications
BA/BS in business (marketing), advertising or digital media discipline
2-5 years professional experience
Proficient understanding of general marketing practices, data driven targeting practices and online media
Proven desire and ability to learn new skills and gain an understanding of a complex marketplace
Excellent proven organizational, time-management and multi-tasking skills
Solid verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills within a team environment
Demonstrated ability to self-motivate, work in teams and be flexible within a fast-paced and changing environment
Functional understanding of statistical concepts (ex. correlation analysis, regression analysis and statistical significance) a plus
