? Curious about why a life science company is building a team of design-minded people.
? Creative and love to write catchy, persuasive, sales-driven copy for marketing materials like flyers, brochures, web site, landing pages, email campaigns, ads, etc.
? Excited by the opportunity to brainstorm and contribute original ideas for marketing campaigns and content.
? Interested in developing new innovative ideas on how to use written communications to transform Fluidigm?s brand.
? Enthusiastic about translating highly technical information into creative copy.
? Effective at collaborating with graphic designers, product marketing, technical resources and other personnel to move projects from concept to completion.
? Willing to serve as an internal expert on Fluidigm written standards and assist with proofreading, corporate review, and copyediting.
? Passion and enthusiasm coupled with the ability to write edgy, fun copy that both captivates and relates to its audience.
? A BA/BS degree in English, journalism, communication, marketing or related discipline and 7+ years experience as a copywriter in a commercial setting.
? A strong portfolio of creative copy writing samples.
? The ability to work within a highly technical field.
? A strong command of the English language and grammar.
? Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) and proven ability to deal with all levels of management.
? The ability to work as part of a team in an extremely fast-paced and multi-tasking environment, often under very tight timelines.
YOU MAY HAVE:
? Worked on innovative, user-friendly multimedia content, such as E-books.
? Experience in enforcing and building brand equity through written communications.
