THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Creative Development Associate is responsible for assisting in the creative project management of interactive entertainment products, performing assistant creative duties and helping manage creative processes and workflows.
Note-taking, copy-editing and proofreading.
Read scripts and give written notes; sometimes represent the Creative Development Director in live review sessions.
Playtest games and give written notes; sometimes represent the Creative Development Director in live review sessions.
Collate written notes from multiple sources, and reconcile and edit them.
Assist with defining and managing creative development processes and procedures.
Essential Skills and Experience
At least 3 years experience in a creative development, creative production, screenwriting or narrative design role.
Drama/literature background; preferably a BA or MA in a creative writing, creative production or creative analysis field (or equivalent experience).
Strong story analysis skills.
Exceptional organization, communication and management skills.
Must be a gamer and have a general understanding of gameplay and game story; experience with narrative game development is preferred.
Successful candidates will have a great understanding of the gaming audience, a willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic.

Ability to handle multiple demands from superiors and coworkers, have strong ability to maintain professionalism with climate changes, display finesse when working under adverse conditions and embrace change in a fast paced environment.
