TubeMogul is looking for a top tier Creative Director who will work with the team to produce amazing creative ad concepts and work with the team to make them come to life. TubeMogul works with 80 of the top 100 worldwide brands on 1000?s of video campaigns every year that span Mobile, Connected TV, Online video and Social media. As the Creative Director you will work with agencies and our internal teams to produce high impact concepts and see them through execution using internal development teams and/or 3rd party partners.The person in this position must have great creative DNA and be meticulous about the look of their creative output. An entrepreneur out of the box thinker is ideal. They also need to be able to understand the limitations of Flash and HTML 5 such that the concepts they propose or spearhead can be done in the format required. The position also requires a lot of interaction so they must be amazing at working with a lot of people under pressure.
Requirements:
8+ years of professional experience working in Design
Amazing creative DNA
Passion for brands or brand advertising
Experience in advertising or ad related company is preferred
In-depth knowledge of Flash AS2/AS3, HTML5, web technologies and the capabilities of web browsers are essential
Proven track record delivering high-quality work while hitting product commitments and deadlines based on business requirements.
A strong sense of visual style with exceptional graphic design skills specific to the Web, while working within the framework of client restrictions and guidelines
Good visual design skills (web color theory, typography, layout, image and icon design).
Impeccable organization and follow through skills
Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flash
