The Marketing team is seeking a Creative Director to lead the branding and creative direction of the company. This role requires management of multiple strategic projects from conception through completion, and an understanding of both internal and external client needs. The Creative Director will be responsible for the brand identity and guidelines, including providing quality control over concepts and projects with partners. Significant experience in a variety of styles and deliverables, with a desire to take presentations into a whole new art form is required.
Provide creative direction and leadership within the organization.
Work with Marketing and Sales teams to execute a broad range of deliverables, including: presentations (core messaging and custom pitches), a library of collateral, infographics, web design, video (editing, motion graphics).
Work closely with Marketing leadership to drive Specific Media?s B2B brand identity.
Collaborate with product teams and agencies to create logos, branding, and messaging around new partnerships.
Translate complex ideas into clear and powerful visual representations that will inspire a broad range of audiences
Manage creative and design workflow.
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong creative aesthetic, typography skills, and demonstrated ability to conceptualize and create engaging work that wins business, translating business goals and objectives into great designe
Previous management experience and demonstrated leadership ability
7+ years of relevant experience within the media, advertising, or publishing industry. Television, digital, or mobile media experience preferred.
Expert in PowerPoint (Mac/PC), HTML5, and Adobe Creative Suite (CS6 ? particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign), with a working knowledge of Final Cut and Adobe After Effects
Experience with other presentation tools (Keynote, Slide Rocket, Prezi, etc.) is preferred; a desire to constantly push the boundaries in this field is a must.
Flexible and able to work quickly while juggling multiple projects.
BA or BFA in Graphic Design or related art field
