Creative Script Writer - Sr LiveOps
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED LiveOps is seeking a Creative Script Writer with a proven background to work out of our Redwood City or Tempe Arizona offices, or remotely from a home office.
The Creative Script Writer is responsible for creating and optimizing scripts for telemarketing sales agents and our order taking IVRs. The Script Writer will also be required to provide test plans and analysis to drive and enhance performance.
As a Creative Script Writer, you will work with internal teams to understand business objectives and produce scripts that drive measurable results for both the client and LiveOps. You?ll be expected to provide creative solutions, clearly articulate your scripting decisions, manage account team and client expectations, and analyze results for both new launches and A/B testing. The ideal candidate will have superior design, communication, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to our exceptionally fast paced environment.
Produce compelling and engaging scripts using new product information, and incorporate best practices from the telemarketing field to increase revenue per contact for current and future campaigns; including upsells, downsells, and continuity elements
Review calls and results to identify opportunities to drive success through script modification
Analyze program metrics and develop scripting and offer strategies in order to help drive growth and profitability
Work with cross functional teams to define and develop measurement models for project success with clients
Ability to drive a scripting project from start to finish
Proven success with 3+ years of industry experience in telemarketing sales or with script writing
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Desire and creativity to continually improve scripts and drive business results
Ability to switch between multiple projects and handle a rapidly changing environment while delivering high quality results
Strong ability to communicate and drive results through conversation and writing
Superior command of the English language including grammar, spelling, punctuation and excellent proof-reading skills
Professional, team player with strong interpersonal skills
Experience working with clients and partners, as well as internal teams including developers, engineers, and sales.
Excellent attention to detail
Bachelors or higher degree
Experience in the Direct Response industry is a plus
Understanding of FTC Guidelines regarding telemarketing and ability to ensure script compliance is a plus
Experience with IVR/ASR is a plus
