Summary
Leads creative strategy with clients to define and set brand vision, approach, ideation and client engagement for premier domestic and global sales, business development opportunities, and client projects. Drive critical business linkage to brand positioning, creative strategy, concept development, brand awareness, extension and reach, customer engagement, transaction conversion through creative channels, and relevant consumer data/analytics capturing via innovation channels.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

?Lead brand discovery, creative strategy, concept development to drive PlayNetwork core services
?Lead business development, marketing, and sales opportunities in partnership with global sales, North American sales, Marketing, Mediaservices
?Strategic partnership building
?Branded entertainment campaign concept and development
?Original content project management, budgeting, and production oversight
?Lead creative strategy, concept development and project execution for demos and pilots (w/music, video, and graphics/motion graphics teams)
?Entertainment event project oversight as required
?3rd party content partnerships building
?Partner with producers, designers, and clients to guide projects towards intended goals.
?Lead the concept, design, development and presentations of client presentations and pitches
?Presenting / pitching all creative strategy initiatives and PlayNetwork brand positioning with clients
?Business Development
Required Skills and Abilities:
?A high level command of retail, branding, retail, music, video production, creative presentation, labels/licensing, sales, business development, design,
?Ability to lead and execute production and project management efforts in a team environment
?Possess clear command of brand strategy and development principles
?Must have ability to lead and execute creative and strategic brand positioning initiatives
?Must have strong ability to lead brainstorming and ideation
?Must have a clear understanding of all forms of entertainment digital media
?A strong ability for partnership building/networking in the music, tv, film, and creative industries
?Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven, team environment
?Exceptional writing skills and communication skills
?Clear understanding of the music recording and production industries
?Clear understanding of all forms of design (graphics, interiors, architecture)
?Strong understanding of Marketing / PR
?Attention to consumer trending, research, and in music, film, TV, PR, design, retail, branding
?Ability to travel domestic and international
?Strong project budgeting and budget management capabilities
?Ability to handle multiple projects at once
?Familiarity with MAC environments
?Basic understanding of Adobe CS4 (primarily Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator)
?Basic understanding of Adobe Flash, Pro Tools, and Final Cut Pro, Final Cut Server
Experience/Education
?Bachelor?s Degree from an accredited university.
?Eight (8) or more years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
?Familiarity with MAC environments.
