The Creative Technologist will be a process-oriented individual who is interested in elevating the creative vision within the Dotomi studio helping to raise the creative bar for our clients. CT time will be focused on developing highly dynamic Flash & HTML-based ads. CT will integrate with Senior CT's to coordinate in the concepting and ideation processes while at the same time having the chops to prototype animations and functionality on the fly in multiple languages AS3/HTML(5)/CSS(3)/JS). The CT will bring a comprehensive understanding of best practices to the table as well as a passion for advertising.
Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities
1. Client Work - 70%
Ability to consistently deliver client work to standards. Successfully interact with designers, client integration engineers to deliver all campaigns flawlessly. Must be able to troubleshoot on the fly while creating comprehensive solutions, no patches or hacks.
2. Product Development & Innovation - 20%
Create automation and efficiency to support the creative process using whatever tool is right for the job. Work closely across teams to advance product development and innovation as a contributor to an interdisciplinary team including: creative, integration, product developers/managers, business/brand strategists and developers.
3. Research & Development ? 10%
Working across teams to continue to push the creative process. Researching and presenting cutting-edge ideas, methods, design patterns and more to the studio teams.
Minimum Job Requirements
Education: Minimum Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
Years of Experience: preferred 5+
Required Demonstrated Key Competencies
Expert in creative strategy, selling creative and flawless design execution.
Proficiency in the application of creative/design solutions to marketing strategies.
Anticipate and solve team challenges.
Work well across teams to create alignment and results.
Prolific Online experience.

Database, segmentation and/or targeting experience - Use of targeting tools and implementation
Recognized expertise developing strategic creative solutions for Fortune 500 clients
