The Credit Administrator supports the Credit Analyst team in the approval of new accounts. The Administrator also prepares and maintains credit related documentation.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Processes and verifies customer credit applications.
Maintains client relationships with various banking, credit bureaus, and public record.
Determines suitability and appropriate trading limits, and hedge status.
Maintains the credit database.
Requests customers audited financial information post close of fiscal year.
Associate degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
2 years Accounting experience, including credit memos and lien searches
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Problem solving ability
Ability to work independently
Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word required with emphasis on ACCESS
Strong technical skills
