As a Credit/Collection Analyst Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising an assigned group of Credit/Collection personnel, collection calls on assigned key accounts, assist other department personnel, establish credit limits on new and existing accounts and reconcile/resolve charge-backs, program deductions within assigned portfolio.
How you?ll do it
Responsible for the supervision and monitoring of a group of Credit/Collection personnel who oversees a specific portfolio of major retailers and other channels of distribution.

Release sales orders from credit hold within assigned portfolio.
Analyze credit reports, trade and financial information to assist in setting set credit limits and establish open account terms of sale for new and existing accounts within assigned portfolio as appropriate.
Train new and existing accounts receivable/credit/collection personnel as required.
Research and resolve discrepancies and customer charge-backs by working with Sales and the customers.
Assist in implementing credit and collection procedures.
What you?ll need
Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting or a related field or five + years of experience.
Three to five years experience in credit and collections dealing with major retailers.
Excellent verbal and written skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Professional phone manner.
What you?ve done
Make collection calls on all past due accounts within assigned portfolio as necessary.
Trace shipments and provide proof of delivery as needed for assigned accounts.
Send invoice and statement copies upon customer request.
Write demand letters for payment on delinquent accounts.
Notify accounting of data entry errors that need correction.
Provide guidance to Credit Representatives and Collection Assistants in solving problems as necessary.
Arbitrate customer complaints-coordinate between customer & sales personnel.
