We need a talented individual to fill the role of Collections Representative for Ryan Herco Flow Solutions in Burbank, Ca.
Responsibilities
? Responsible for timely collection of all outstanding balances with customers.
? Processes invoices for orders.
? Call customers for notification of amount due or offers assistance to expedite prompt payment.
? Research any billing discrepancies by interacting with warehouse or customer service to resolve invoice errors, mis-shipped orders or proof of deliveries.
? Issue credit or rebills for differences or returned material.
? Investigate credit applications for opening new accounts.
? Record all interactions with customers on computer file.
? Maintains good customer relations and professionalism at all times.
? Updates mailing list on an on-going basis.
? Other duties as assigned.
Required
? Minimum 2+ years Credit/Collection experience
? Intermediate Excel user
? Excellent oral and written communication skills.
? Organization Savvy in Collection process.
? Self-motivated, team player
? Strong interpersonal skills.
? Organized and detail-oriented.
Preferred
? Knowledge of Dunn & Bradstreet credit rating reports
? 10-key
? Some college accounting courses desirable
