Critical Problem Resolution Engineer Venafi

Reports to: Sr. Manager of Development

Responsibilities:

Lead the effort in resolving customer issues with Venafi Products.
Attention to detail, and great communication skills are a must.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other Engineers to ensure customer success with Venafi products.
Must be self-motivated, detail oriented, and possess the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
Work with Customer Support Engineers in identifying, troubleshooting, and providing solutions for Venafi?s customers.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Extensive programming and debugging experience in the following technologies:
C#
.NET (ASP.NET and WinForms)
Visual Studio 2010
Oracle, My SQL, or MSSQL databases
Windows platform
Bachelor?s degree in computer science, MIS, or related experience (5+ years).
The ability to write clean, consistent, well documented, code following the best practices of Venafi.
Develop software on schedule, adhering to department standards and processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Experience

Programming and debugging experience in the following technologies
C
Unix/Linux platform
JavaScript
Experience with installation technologies
