Description:The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Administrator/Developer?s role is to strategically design, implement, and administer the CRM software and systems within the organization. This includes gathering requirements, designing, and rolling out CRM solutions to end users. The CRM Administrator/Developer is also responsible for ensuring high levels of CRM availability through support functions and in-depth testing.
Duties:Strategy & Planning
? Assess and cultivate long-term strategic goals for CRM environment in conjunction with end users, managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
? Conduct research and make recommendations on CRM products, services, and standards in support of enhancement and development efforts.
Acquisition & Deployment
? Plan and implement capacity and resource expansion to ensure scalability and acceptable performance.
Operational Management
? Monitor business use and performance of delivery tools and provide feedback to the infrastructure team and user community.
? Lead the integration efforts for merging CRM platforms with enterprise systems and applications.
? Design, code, test, and document all new or modified CRM systems, applications, and programs.
? Analyze user requirements and, based on findings, design functional specifications for CRM front-end applications.
? Work with stakeholders to ensure that data entry, retrieval, change, and delete functions meet business requirements for project completion.
? Support, administer and implement application security best-practices.
? Ensure the development and production systems are up and running at the appropriate times to meet service level agreements.
? Support change control and testing processes for modifications to data delivery systems.
? Lead the development of standards for data delivery using best practices and client specific considerations.
? Create presentation and written documentation of data delivery standards, principles and timeline for implementing standards and principles.
? Design and deliver end-user training and training materials; provide technical support as necessary.
? Troubleshoot CRM tools, systems, and software; performance-tune these applications as necessary.
? Act as evangelist for CRM benefits across the organization; promote CRM usage to relevant departments.
? Mentor and/or provide leadership to junior members of the team.
? Be responsible designing and implementing mission critical solutions that are highly usable, scalable, extensible, and maintainable, mainly on the Force.com platform
? Take responsibility for developing in Visualforce, Apex, D/HTML, CSS, JavaScript, DOJO, AJAX, and other technologies
? Other Tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:Formal Education & Certification
? College diploma or university 4-year degree in the field of computer science, information systems, or computer engineering and 4 years of relevant work experience.
? Salesforce.com Administrator Certification preferred
Knowledge & Experience
? Strong background in database platforms, including MS SQL Server including reporting services.
? Knowledge of platform operating systems, including UNIX and Windows.
? Recommend, implement, test, and deploy Visualforce pages
? Recommend, implement, test, and deploy Apex classes and triggers
? Advanced Excel capabilities and related data manipulation a plus
? Experience with Apex programming language, VisualForce development, report writing software and Salesforce.com certification a plus
? Knowledge of HTML4/5 and CSS2/3.
? Knowledge of Apttus administration also preferred
? Proven project management experience.
? Proven business analytics experience.
