Responsible for administering the Salesforce.com system providing user support and problem resolution for all system users, assessing and implementing change requests and system customization, reports and dashboards creation, implementation of workflow and validation rules, etc.
Job Description:
The CRM Administrator is responsible for the following functions:
Provide ongoing support to users across the company.
Perform regular system and records maintenance routine tasks and ad hoc requests for records clean up.
Implement system modifications and customization.
Identify opportunities to design, document, change and implement "best practices" in CRM processes
Maintain all aspects of Salesforce.com configuration, user records, roles, profiles, security, and desktop and mobile integration
Monitor user activity, identify potential misuses, and think of opportunities for process improvement
Create reports and dashboards
Collaborate with IT to implement new systems and customizations that integrate with other systems and the company's website.
Conduct end-user training sessions on new features for the Salseforce.com system
Desired Skills and Experience:
2-5 years of experience developing, implementing and supporting a business model using Salesforce.com
Proficiency in Excel
Ability to work effectively with sales, marketing, finance, and IT teams
Training experience in a technical and non-technical setting
Strong communications and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with MS Access is a plus
